Living in Jefferson, Iowa is a lot like living in any home town, with local sports being a big part of the lifestyle. Families look for T-Ball, Little League, soccer and of course, junior high and high school sports. What is sport organizations are in Jefferson, Iowa? Are their sport opportunities for adults? Is there a parks and recreation department in Jefferson?

Jefferson is a great town. We have a rec center, with a park and rec department. We have youth tackle football, little league basball, a youth basketball program. We are currently working on building a sports complex.
We do have coed volleyball leagues, softball leagues, and we play basketball 2 nights a week.
